As a Registered Social Worker (RSW) with a Master’s in Social Work (MSW), I specialize in trauma and attachment-focused therapy. I help individuals heal from childhood trauma, PTSD, relational wounds, and complex trauma by addressing the root causes of emotional pain and fostering secure attachments. My practice also supports women navigating the transitions of perimenopause, menopause, and postmenopause, as well as emerging adults facing life changes.

I am trained in EMDR, IFS-informed therapy, Narrative Therapy, CBT, DBT, Somatic Therapy, Grief Therapy, Restorative Yoga, and am currently working toward a Sound Healing certification. Using a holistic approach, I integrate mindfulness, self-compassion, and evidence-based therapies to support clients in healing emotionally, mentally, and physically.

My trauma-informed practice is centered on helping clients build emotional resilience and healthier relationships with themselves and others. Through a personalized, compassionate approach, I empower clients to overcome past trauma, develop secure attachments, and achieve lasting transformation.
