Canyon believes the body and mind are deeply connected, and that emotional health can play an important role in physical symptoms such as pain, insomnia, palpitations, and digestive concerns. Through a holistic approach using acupuncture and TCM therapies such as Gua Sha and cupping, she focuses on restoring balance, calming the mind, and supporting the body’s natural healing process while helping patients build sustainable lifestyle habits for long-term wellness.
Known for her warm and approachable nature, Canyon strives to create a supportive space where patients feel heard and cared for. Outside of the clinic, she enjoys staying active at the gym, spending time with her three lovely cats, and exploring ways to bring more balance and joy into everyday life.

This treatment is commonly used to support muscle relaxation, circulation, and overall wellness as part of a personalized treatment plan.
Temporary circular marks or skin discoloration may occur and typically fade within several days.

During your appointment, your practitioner will review your current health concerns, medical history, medications and supplements (if applicable), lifestyle, sleep, digestion, stress, and other relevant health information. As part of a Traditional Chinese Medicine assessment, a tongue and pulse examination may be performed, where appropriate.
Based on the assessment, your practitioner will discuss whether Chinese Herbal Medicine is appropriate for your individual needs and, if indicated, may recommend adjustments to your personalized herbal formula or treatment plan.
