I am new to the island and am here to be closer to nature and join a like-minded community. I love the outdoors, practicing yoga, and all things mind-body health. I first started learning about the human body when I completed yoga teacher training in 2008, shortly after I completed the massage therapy program in Windsor, Ontario and became an RMT in 2011. I have worked in spas and physiotherapy clinics over the years and I love learning about the intricate ways the human body works and how to use massage therapy to provide people with the opportunity to feel more at ease in their own body. I incorporate deep tissue techniques, trigger point therapy, craniosacral techniques, myofascial work and remedial exercises. I like to provide the opportunity for deep relaxation on top of a therapeutic approach to facilitate real changes within the body.
