I am also a licensed health coach within the province of Alberta who is dedicated to support you in developing and maintaining a healthy lifestyle. We accomplish this by creating behaviour change strategies that enable you to reach your personal wellness goals. Some of the clients that I have experience supporting are neurodivergent (ADHD, Autistic, Dyslexic, HSP), those with CSID, Celiac Disease, Gastric Dyspepsia, inflammation issues, and liver disease. I offer supportive, practical coaching to help parents feel more confident, grounded, and connected in their parenting journey. These sessions focus on understanding behaviour through a neurodiversity-affirming lens, improving communication, reducing conflict and stress at home, and strengthening emotional regulation—for both parent and child. Parents are supported to move away from self-doubt and reactivity, and toward clarity, confidence, and more ease in daily family life. ####Speaking Engagements (Workshops & Presentations) I offer engaging and insightful talks, workshops, and presentations focused on Positive Psychology, neurodiversity, meaning-making, and personal growth. My sessions are designed to be accessible, reflective, and practical—helping audiences deepen their understanding of themselves and others while learning tools to support wellbeing, connection, and emotional resilience. Topics may include neurodiversity and identity, meaning and mattering, self-esteem and confidence building, emotional awareness, and navigating life transitions with greater clarity and compassion. Perfect for organizations, schools, professional groups, and community events looking to support mental wellness and human connection. ####Mentoring Neurodivergent Families This service supports families navigating neurodivergence with compassion, understanding, and practical guidance. I work with parents, caregivers, and families to better understand neurodivergent experiences (including ADHD, autism, dyslexia, and sensory sensitivity) and how they show up in daily life, relationships, and communication. Sessions focus on strengthening connection, reducing overwhelm at home, and building supportive strategies that honour each family member’s unique way of thinking, feeling, and processing the world. I bring a strengths-based, non-pathologizing approach that helps families shift from “fixing” to understanding, acceptance, and collaboration—so both parents and children can thrive.
