I’m passionate about working with all demographics, from professional athletes to weekend warriors, people living with chronic pain or anyone who is looking for some time to relax and unwind. I'm known for providing deep pressure treatments but can tailor the pressure to any comfort level. I take pride in helping people achieve their wellness or rehabilitation goals through my training in Massage Therapy, Strength and Conditioning, and the latest pain science research. Past and present clients include Olympic and Paralympic Athletes, NHL players and Masters athletes. Currently, I’m part of the Integrated Support Team for Triathlon Canada.
