I began my own therapy journey during a significant life transition, carrying a lot of fear and uncertainty about the future. Having space to slow down and process my emotions helped me feel more anchored and connected to myself. Over time, I returned to therapy with curiosity—wanting to understand my patterns, past experiences, and how they shaped the way I showed up in the world. That deeper work continues to guide how I support others today.
As a Registered Social Worker and Psychotherapist with over a decade of experience, I support individuals, couples, and families through life’s emotional challenges. I offer a warm, non-judgmental space where you can explore your experiences, process trauma, and reconnect with your inner wisdom.
My approach is trauma-informed, relational, and grounded in modalities like Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Somatic Therapy, Hypnotherapy, and Compassionate Inquiry. I’m also training in Somatic Experiencing. I believe we each hold the capacity to heal—and that through present-day resourcing, we can begin to tend to old wounds, reconnect with our authentic selves, and gently orient toward joy.
