With extensive training in BodyTalk (Animal and human), Facial Reflexology, trauma and bipolar therapy, energy healing (Reiki Master), Japanese Cosmo Face Lifting Massage and holistic life coaching, Carol brings a deeply intuitive, compassionate, and personalized approach to wellness. Facial Reflexology uses gentle acupressure on the face to support circulation, relaxation, and overall wellness. The treatment uses a nourishing oil, and stimulation of specific acupressure points to calm the nervous system and support the body’s natural healing. Deeply relaxing, it helps restore balance and well-being.
Trauma or Bipolar Therapy uses gentle acupressure points on the face and scalp, to help the body release stored stress and emotional tension. It promotes deep relaxation, helping calm the nervous system, regulate breathing and heart rate, and support the release of emotional stress from both the conscious and subconscious mind. Through Trauma-Bipolar Therapy, the body's hormonal balance and neurobiological processes are supported, helping to regulate neurotransmitters such as serotonin, dopamine, and norepinephrine. The therapy also promotes the release of anti-stress hormones, contributing to a sense of inner peace.
