Hi! I’m Carole, a Registered Massage Therapist with over 5 years of experience helping people feel better in their bodies. I studied massage therapy at CDI and Robertson College, and I’m passionate about using touch as a tool for healing and pain relief.

My practice includes a range of techniques like Swedish massage, therapeutic deep tissue, prenatal, hot stone therapy, and dynamic cupping. I specialize in relieving hip and neck pain—areas I truly enjoy working on because of the immediate relief and
