Formally trained in Phenomenological-Existentialist Psychology, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Mindfulness-CBT, Ecopsychology, and Narrative approaches such as Life Designing and Bibliotherapy. I have vast experience with a Doctoral degree, and have worked with autistic teenagers and young adults, ADHD, Borderline Personality Disorder, Depression and Career Counselling.
After ten years of experience as a clinician, I am a strong believer and advocate for integrating experience and creativity in your healing journey and personal development. I speak Portuguese, French and English, I have lived in four different countries, and I am sensitive to a variety of backgrounds and social markers.
