About Caroline
Their own wordsMy name is Caroline Abedrabboh.
Have you heard the saying “If you don’t make time for your wellness, you will be forced to make
time for your illness”? This one hit me hard a few years ago.
It was winter 2020/2021, deep into the third wave of the pandemic. I was working long hours in
the emergency department at my local hospital where I practiced as a registered nurse. I
worked days, nights, and evenings, with minimal days off in between. I was not seeing family or
friends due to the public health restrictions; I wasn’t participating in any of my regular hobbies
that kept me active physically and socially. I had recently suffered some losses and needed to
grieve, but I didn’t want to. I was in a state of deep avoidance, looking for any way to drown out
my thoughts and my feelings. Working this much, my routine became eat, sleep, work, repeat,
for many months until February 21 st 2021. That’s the day I broke my foot and my life flipped
upside down. I remember one day, sitting on my bedroom floor in front of the window, looking up
at the sky and saying “okay God, I hear you now. I get it. You’re needing my attention and I’m
doing everything to avoid it. I’m here now, I’m open and I’m paying attention. Show me, I’m
ready”. I closed my eyes, and I waited there in silence.
Welcome to my journey to holistic health. I feel blessed because I am both a medical nurse trained in acute emergency medicine as well as a holistic healer trained and experienced in various modalities and belief systems.
My mission is to find a balance where Eastern and Western medicine can join forces for our
highest good. Using primarily my intuition to guide me, I aim to merge the two worlds by integrating all that my fifteen years of nursing have taught me, with the ancient medicine of our ancestors. As with the Yin and the Yang, opposing forces that are deeply interconnected and interdependent, supporting and giving rise to each other; so are Eastern and Western Medicine.
It is my belief that both are meant to co-exist and complement one another in healing
journeys.
This definition of holistic health is an all-encompassing healing model, uniquely designed to meet individual needs. It is a dynamic process that needs ongoing evaluation and attunement. t’s taken many decades, many lessons, transitions, and transformations to be here today. I am proud to share my treatment approach with you as I continue to cultivate my gift.
I am a firm believer that we are all healers and have the capacity to heal ourselves; we just need to remember. I am here to support and guide you to living your best, most fulfilled life.
Everything starts with intention. Setting an intention is like saying a prayer.

Guided Meditation
“If you're new to meditation or sometimes find it hard to focus your thoughts long enough to access a clear state of mind; or perhaps you're looking to deepen your meditation experience; or you're looking for the
guidance to bring your vision into creation; all of these are examples of how this one-on-one guided meditation can help you. The intention of the guided meditation is to build your inner capacity to eventually be able access the same depth of meditation independently. Some of us just need a little help to get started. The guided meditation is uniquely designed to address your individual circumstances.”Ayurveda Head Massage + Reiki
“The ultimate self-care package in 90 minutes. Combine Reiki with the Ayurveda head massage for optimal relaxation, stress and anxiety release, as well as mental clarity.”Ayurveda Head Massage
“Ayurveda medicine is one of the world's most ancient holistic healing modalities. Originating from India, Ayurveda is rooted in the fundamental belief that achieving overall health and wellness relies on the intricate and delicate balance between the mind, body, and soul. This Ayurvedic head massage is your ultimate relaxation experience. Unlike a deep tissue massage which sometimes leaves you feeling sore; this head massage will leave you feeling deeply relaxed and at peace. Effects of this treatment include slowing down your thoughts, activating your pineal and pituitary glands, balancing your hormones, decreasing stress, activating your third eye intuition, preventing, and softening the look of fine lines, opening up your sinuses and decreasing nasal congestion, nourishing your hair follicles with natural oils as well as overall clearing your mind. People are left feeling less anxious, more clear, lighter, and less foggy. Clients have also reported brighter and glowing skin, decreased puffiness in the face, more definition around cheek bones and jaw line, improved hair texture, release of TMJ pain and tension, release of headaches and shoulder/neck pain, improved mood, and an overall sense of feeling uplifted.”Aura Clearing
“Although Reiki is not a substitute for medical advice, it is a beneficial adjunct to any treatment modality. Aura clearing, also known as "psychic surgery", is a very powerful tool to get rid of stagnant energy in the form of pain (physical or emotional) or tension. This energy blockage can be acute or caused by recent events; or it can be chronic or related to past events including childhood trauma. The intention of the Aura clearing is to release the blocked energy beyond Reiki alone. Unlike the One-on-One Reiki treatment, the Aura clearing is a dynamic process where you're
asked to actively participate throughout the session. Together, we will end the treatment with a relaxing Reiki healing to balance your energetic field and bring you peace and grounding.”Distance Reiki
“If you're in need of an energy healing session but are unable to connect in person, rest assured that Distance Reiki is just as effective as in-person.
Energy transcends space and time and can therefore be felt across oceans and dimensions if one trusts. Thanks to advances in technology, we will connect via video call for a brief check in and to receive your
consent to proceed. Then, you'll find a comfortable and quiet place to lay or sit down uninterrupted for the duration of the treatment. Often, you'll find yourself in such a deep and peaceful relaxation, that you may wish to stay there for a while even beyond our time together; and that's okay; in fact, it is welcomed. Once my work is done, I'll send you an email with my
summary of the session. Note that the effects of Reiki can be felt for days following the treatment. Some people describe an overall feeling of ease and flow, with more tranquility and more clarity.”Reiki
“Reiki is a Japanese form of alternative medicine also known as Energy Healing. The work Reiki comes from Japanese words “Rei” meaning: universal or spiritual wisdom, and “Ki” meaning: lifeforce energy.
The goal of Reiki is to remove energetic blockages and restore balance. Common benefits of Reiki as reported by clients include: deep relaxation, reduced stress and anxiety, emotional release, pain relief, spiritual clarity and/or connection. If you’re dealing with a significant health ailment and are looking to amplify your treatment plan, Reiki may be the perfect adjunct.
I like to describe Reiki as an energetic massage; much like a regular massage where the therapist uses physical touch to move the energy within your muscles; as a Reiki practitioner I use channeled Universal energy to bring flow, harmony and balance to your body without the physical touch.
Note that I am not giving you my energy; I am merely a vessel for the universal energy to pass through me and onto you. This energy is intelligent and knows exactly where to go once it reaches your energetic field.”Direct billing accepted
