Previous to that, she studied Kinesiology, specifically exercise physiology and she is also a Certified Yoga Teacher. Her treatment background includes sports injuries, frozen shoulder, carpal tunnel, Sciatic Nerve issues, and Fibromyalgia. Her style of massage is very dependant on the specific needs of the client, focusing on present issues and prevention for the future.
