In transparency, I have lived experience as a gifted and bullied, anxious Highly Sensitive Person (HSP), been married and divorced, taken bold moves, bravely furthered my education at 57, creative in businesses and careers, also cared for elders

and grieved losses. These experiences (now in my mid-60’s), combined with my love of learning, devotion to personal growth and training make me an even strong counsellor.
