Cass is a First Nations herbal practitioner whose journey into herbal medicine emerged after years of work in medical clinics, crisis support, and government institutions. This experience informs her systems-aware and compassionate approach to care. She views herbal medicine as a conduit for healing and a bridge between ancestral knowledge and emerging paradigms of health. Cass offers holistic, trauma-informed, and culturally sensitive care that supports root causes while honouring the body’s inherent intelligence.
