About Cassandra
#Meet Cassandra
I work with adults, students, parents, women, and mothers navigating anxiety, complex trauma, neurodiversity, life transitions, relationship challenges, and the demands of parenting. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, overstimulated, and disconnected from themselves and what matters most to them. They may find themselves caught in patterns of self-criticism, struggling to understand the impact of past experiences, or feeling stuck in ways that no longer align with who they want to be. Often, they are seeking a deeper understanding of themselves and a path forward that feels more authentic, meaningful, and connected.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in the belief that healing and growth are nurtured through safe, supportive, and attuned relationships. Drawing from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness and Mindful Self-Compassion (MSC), Attachment Theory, Interpersonal Neurobiology, and Polyvagal Theory, I help clients better understand their unique nervous systems, cultivate emotional safety, strengthen regulation skills, and develop greater flexibility in responding to life's challenges.
Together, we explore the connections between past experiences, present-day patterns, emotions, relationships, and the body. My goal is to support clients in fostering greater integration, regulation, and connection to themselves. Through this process, clients often develop deeper insight and self-understanding, increased self-awareness, and a more compassionate relationship with themselves. As clients reconnect with their values, strengths, and inner wisdom, they are often able to navigate life's challenges with greater confidence, resilience, and authenticity.
