I am a trauma-informed therapist who counsels youth, adults, and couples through an attachment lens. I treat the nervous system, which holds our trauma history, and I inspire to provide a roadmap for healing. I use a holistic approach, integrating interventions such as mindfulness, somatic therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy, Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and Internal Family Systems (IFS). I am also continuously pursuing professional development to inform my practice with current research. My goal is to build a therapeutic relationship founded on safety, stability, and trust and together we will explore with curiosity and compassion.
