Within the half an hour sound bath, there will be bolsters, blankets, and eye pillow to help you get feeling supported and weightless. A guided meditation body scan will be available to you, upon request. This will help you deepen your relaxation and it will help you become more receptive during the sound bath. Your body might have the need to move, yawn, and/or sigh and more, and I encourage you to listen to your body’s needs.

During the duration of an hour, I will guide you through a passive floor-based asana that will allow you to focus on your breath and fall into your body. Once we get you into your final shape that makes you feel weightless and supported, your sound bath will begin. During the sound bath, you might have the need to move, yawn, sigh and much more. I encourage you to listen to your body. This treatment can be for one or two people. Please call or email our admin if it's for two people.
