Catherine is an RMT, where she studied at the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy located in Toronto, Ontario. She has been practicing as a RMT since 2018 and continues to enhance her knowledge and skill set. Her in-depth patient centered approach has benefited the treatments for her clients where she can assess and create a treatment plan based on their needs.
Her growing techniques which include general swedish massage, relaxing hot stone treatment, to a deep tissue massage has shown to keep her treatments diverse.
On her time off, she is with her two rescue dogs where she takes them on walks and new places every time. She enjoys staying active with doing hot yoga, spin class and in general moving her body!
