AjouterCatherine (she/her) is originally from Calgary and studied physiotherapy in Australia at the University of Queensland. Since becoming a physiotherapist in 2016, Catherine has practiced in both rural and urban based clinics with children and adults across Australia, New Zealand, England, and at home in Canada. She values inclusivity in healthcare, communication and education. Catherine knows the importance of providing an exercise program that can become a part of the everyday routine for you or your child.

Through her work over the past few years, Catherine has developed special interests in pediatrics, gender affirming care, and pelvic health for children and adults. She help with a variety of pelvic health conditions including urinary or fecal incontinence, bed wetting, constipation, pregnancy and postpartum care, pelvic surgery such as gender-affirming surgeries and more.
Recently Catherine has finished a course on Gender-Affirming Physiotherapy and has previously taken two levels of paediatric pelvic health, pregnancy rehabilitation, c section management, pregnancy related pelvic girdle pain and other general pelvic health courses.
Outside of work, Catherine loves to do yoga, run, travel and spend time in the mountains!

The pelvic floor class is a gentle movement class focusing on stretching, breathwork and pelvic floor mobility. It's run by physio Cat and is free or by optional donation.
