About Catherine
Their own wordsCURRENT CLIENTS ONLY - To me, therapy is all about emulating this pursuit of balance in session. Two things can be true at once- we can be powerfully self-accepting, and work towards personal goals that we set out for ourselves. Healing can be both challenging and joyful.
As a trained play therapist, and I believe versions of play can be used in most sessions. Play looks like many things to different people- it could be telling me about your favorite reality TV show, wanting to bring in yoga or movement into session, and taking time to laugh and feel joy, even amid profound healing.

Family SessionNew patient
“During each family session, your therapist will create a safe space where all family members can feel comfortable to share their perspectives, concerns, and emotions regarding the challenges they've been facing. Using a combination of relevant therapeutic techniques, the family will work to identify patterns, address underlying issues, and develop healthier ways of interacting with one another.”4 optionsChild/Youth Individual Session
“During this 60-minute in-person session for your child, we provide a warm, supportive environment where young clients can express themselves freely. Our experienced therapists use creative tools to help children explore their thoughts and feelings. Each session is designed to build trust, fosters open conversation and personalized guidance, empowering kids to develop coping skills and build resilience.
If this is your child's FIRST session, and you have not yet had a consultation with the therapist, please book a parent session prior to booking your child's session.”2 optionsIndividual Session
“This 60-minute session is one-on-one time with a registered therapist who is focused on you. No judgment or agenda. Come as you are and talk about whatever you want to share. We'll provide expert guidance, share a new perspective, or just listen.”4 optionsParent Session (1 or 2 persons)
“Whether this is your initial intake meeting with your child's therapist or a check-in after our child has had a few 1:1 sessions, this 30 minute in-person meeting will give you some time to talk to your child's therapist to share your observations, ask questions, and find out how you can be supporting your child at home.”2 optionsParent Session
“During this virtual therapy session, parents can attend individually or together to discuss effective parenting strategies, plan for their child's therapy sessions, and explore family dynamics. We will focus on identifying relationship patterns and enhancing communication skills to support a healthier family environment. This is a safe space for parents to share experiences and gain insights into their parenting journey.”Direct billing — not published
