- Many years of experience counselling adults struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, binge eating, bulimia, anger management, chronic pain, and relationship challenges among others.
- Post-graduate Certificates in Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy, [EFT], Anger and Anxiety Management, Motivational Interviewing, Smoking Cessation
- Post-Graduate training in The Gottman Method, EMDR for trauma, Eating Disorders, Chronic Pain, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy
- Knowledgeable and experienced in various therapeutic modalities: Motivational Interviewing, Mindfulness Based Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, and Dialectic Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy
