Estas interacciones me dieron una perspectiva holística sobre cómo evolucionan nuestros procesos de pensamiento a través de diferentes tipos de relaciones en diferentes etapas de nuestra vida. I have extensivetraining in a range of therapeutic techniques in the evidence-based field of therapies.
These include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). Fluent in Spanish and English, I have also worked as a Behavioral Therapist with children diagnosed with ASD.
My passion for understanding the human experience was nurtured by meaningful interactions with my family, friends, and grandparents. These interactions gave me a holistic perspective on how our thinking processes evolve through different relationships and life stages. I want to honour your stories and help you find your way forward.
