Cedric graduated from Langara College’s Registered Massage Therapy program in 2019 and has been honing a diverse set of hands-on skills ever since. Whether you’re dealing with tension from long hours at the desk, sports-related strains, or recovering from an injury, Cedric’s goal is to help you move better and feel better.
He blends techniques like traditional Swedish massage, trigger point therapy, and myofascial release to create treatments tailored to your needs. Expect sessions focused on relieving muscle pain, easing stress, improving circulation, and keeping your joints happy and mobile.
Cedric also welcomes patients dealing with TMJD, or any issues surrounding the joint, and is always up for finding the right approach to help you get back to doing what you love.

Extended Reflexology & Indian Head Massage with Nicole Geramita
Reflexology is an alternative medicine involving application of pressure to the feet and hands with specific thumb, finger, and hand techniques . It is based on a pseudoscientific system of zones and reflex areas that purportedly reflect an image of the body on the feet and hands, with the premise that such work effects a physical change to the body.
