About Celeste
With over two decades of experience in alternative health and counselling, Celeste is passionate about helping people find clarity, connection, and healing. She works with adults who may be navigating anxiety (including social and generalized anxiety), depression, grief and loss, burnout, trauma, or simply feeling lost and disconnected from themselves or others.
Celeste also supports individuals and families impacted by neurodiversity—including ADHD, autism, giftedness, and learning challenges—helping both clients and their loved ones strengthen understanding and connection. She has experience walking alongside clients through life transitions such as divorce, parenting challenges, perinatal loss, perimenopause, retirement, and end-of-life concerns. She also provides post-assessment coaching to help clients put insights into action and address real-life challenges such as men’s issues or online addiction.
Her therapeutic style is direct yet compassionate. Celeste creates a safe and supportive space for those who are ready to actively engage in their healing. She blends counselling expertise with an integrative approach, combining evidence-based interventions with holistic practices. She is skilled in using Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) to help clients process trauma, reduce distress, and reclaim a sense of control.
Grounded in client-centered, strength-based, and trauma-informed approaches, Celeste is committed to helping clients build resilience and move toward a more balanced, connected, and meaningful life. Beyond her professional work, she values her own personal growth and well-being, often finding joy in hiking, book clubs, and exploring new ways of living a balanced life..
