About Chaitanya
Chai is a Registered Physical Therapist receiving his Bachelor of Kinesiology (Honours) from McMaster University and his Master of Physical Therapy from Western University. Chai promotes evidence-based rehabilitation by providing tailored therapeutic exercise plans, education, hands-on therapies and treatment modalities including LASER, gliding cupping, IFC and traction. Chai has helped hundreds of patients with both acute injuries and long-standing conditions get back to doing what they love. He has a special interest in treating patients with chronic neck, shoulder, low-back, and knee pain. When he is not working, Chai enjoys hiking, landscape photography, and playing instruments.
Treatment Specializations
Chai treats a variety of injuries and conditions including neck pain, whiplash, shoulder and rotator cuff injuries, tennis elbow, wrist pain, low back pain, nerve pain including sciatica, arthritis, muscle/joint sprains, strains, and tears (including ACL, MCL, meniscus, Achilles, and plantar fascia). He also works with WSIB and MVA patients and provides post-surgical physiotherapy care. Chai provides personalized exercise plans that help patients of all ages get back to leading healthy, active lives.
