Chantal works with couples, adults and teens supporting those dealing with anxiety, depression, emotional regulation difficulties, and school or work-related stress. She draws from a range of evidence-based approaches, including Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Attachment Theory. Her integrative style allows her to tailor each session to the unique needs and goals of her clients.
Chantal practices under the clinical supervision of Rachael Riethman, a Registered Psychotherapist. She is committed to creating an inclusive, compassionate space where clients feel heard, empowered, and equipped to move forward with greater ease and self-trust.
