While completing a degree in Kinesiology with my sights initially set on physiotherapy, I became drawn to the breadth and depth of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and acupuncture. The ability to support both internal health and musculoskeletal concerns and to work with people navigating complex, layered issues felt like the right fit. I value variety, depth, and meeting people where they are. What excites me most about my work is the people. I love getting to know my patients, understanding what they need, and learning what makes them tick. My approach to care is authentic and real—no facades here. I believe strong therapeutic relationships, clear communication, and individualized care are key to meaningful outcomes. I’m a bit nerdy about bridging the rich history of TCM with modern, evidence-informed practice and helping acupuncture be recognized as a go-to option for concerns like sports injuries, headaches, digestive health, prenatal and postnatal care, mental health, and stress. Alongside my clinical work, I’m also the Clinical Director, where I support my team and their growth. Outside of work, life is full and busy in the best way. I’m a parent to three school-aged children, and I stay active through Irish dancing, kickboxing, and outdoor activities like running, skiing, and hiking. Community, movement, and staying curious both in life and in practice are at the heart of what I do.
