I support people in navigating relationships with self and others; navigating issues like anxiety, perfectionism, life transitions, boundary setting, communication, assertiveness, intimacy, estrangement, abuse, and attachment to name a few.
I offer in-person counselling to adult individuals in Greater Victoria and online counselling to adults in many parts of Canada. Please reach out to me for more information.
