Their own wordsI am a Registered Clinical Social Worker with a Masters in Social Work from the University of Calgary who offers evidence based, client-centred care. I place specific emphasis on transparency, meeting you where you are at and building the therapeutic alliance to allow for safety to be built in a way that is conducive to help you overcome the unique struggles and obstacles you are facing in your life. I strive to work from a non-judgemental, trauma informed perspective. I have training in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Solution Focused Therapy, and am also trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy).
The roads we take in each of our lives may be unique, however, as Daniel Siegel so eloquently states, “we are always in a perpetual state of being created and creating ourselves.” My aim is to be able to walk alongside you, no matter the stage in your life and help guide you so that you may focus on continuing to create what you need to flourish in your life.
