About Charlène
Their own wordsCharlène LeDuc is a Registered Social Worker in good standing with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers (OCSWSSW) and the Ontario Association of Social Workers (OASW). Her educational background also includes a Bachelor of Science from the University of Guelph, an Early Childhood Education diploma from Conestoga College, and an Associate degree from the American Academy of Dramatic Arts (AADA).
Charlène is a creative, client-centred therapist who believes healing should feel safe, empowering, and human. She works with youth and adults, drawing from evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and other integrative modalities to help clients express themselves, build effective coping skills, and strengthen emotional resilience.
Her therapeutic style is grounded in empathy, collaboration, and a deep belief in each person’s capacity for growth. Charlène has worked across diverse settings, including adult acute medicine, adolescent mental health, and chronic pain, giving her a broad and practical understanding of complex mental health needs.
With a background in both mental health and the performing arts, Charlène brings creativity, presence, and warmth into the therapy room. She views clients through a holistic lens, considering biological, psychological, social, and cultural influences, and tailors therapy to honour each person’s unique journey toward greater flexibility, confidence, and sustainable change.
Looking for a therapist who is skilled, compassionate, and genuinely in your corner? Charlène would be honoured to walk alongside you as you heal, grow, and thrive.
