Chelsea Leslie
Chelsea is a Registered Dietitian with a Bachelor’s Degree in Nutritional Sciences from the University of Manitoba. She completed her Clinical Dietetic Internship at the Northern Ontario School of Medicine and is registered with the Saskatchewan Dietitians Association and the College of Dietitians of Ontario. Additionally, she is an active member of Dietitians of Canada and a licensed Craving Change clinician, skilled in integrating the psychology of eating and cognitive behavioral therapy into her practice.

Chelsea specializes in chronic disease management and metabolic health, particularly weight management. Since 2015, she has promoted lifestyle interventions through nutrition education in Ontario and Saskatchewan. Her approach focuses on patient-centered and compassionate care, providing individualized support through high-quality, evidence-based methods. 1-hour dietitian health counseling session. This appointment includes a discussion of past medical history, recent lab work, and current medical diagnosis which are affecting your health goals and outcomes such as IBS, Diabetes, High Blood Pressure, High Cholesterol, Menopause etc. Review of past treatments trialed, current dietary intake, and vitamin supplementation are completed. Patients can expect to leave the clinic with initial treatment recommendations, educational tools/ handouts and feel confident in the next steps to take in becoming their healthiest self. Treatment plans may include vitamin dosage changes or initiation based on recent blood work, specific food alternatives, healthier food substitutions, identifying food portions serving sizes, education on reading nutritional labels etc.
This test is collected by blood draw by our Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), and requires prior consultation with our Nurse Practitioner, Joelynne. This service requires a valid requisition.
Vaida Health is now offering food sensitivity screening through a blood sample. A consultation with our Nurse Practitioner, Joelynne, is required before sensitivity testing. This appointment includes the collection of past medical health history, reviewing symptoms, discussing potential triggers, and discussing available types of screening. Pricing for food sensitivity testing will be discussed at this visit.
