Chiara Locascio

Chiara is a Registered Massage Therapist and graduate of Vancouver College of Massage Therapy (2022). Growing up in Vancouver, she spent many years as a professional dancer, competing internationally in ballet, jazz, and contemporary dance, which fostered a deep appreciation for movement, recovery, and the connection between mind and body. Her passion for health and fitness ultimately led her to pursue a career in massage therapy. Chiara believes that no two patients are the same and tailors each treatment to the individual’s needs and goals. Her treatment style is intuitive, firm, and fluid, blending Swedish massage, trigger point therapy, Muscle Energy Technique and stretching to help her patients recover from injuries, achieve their health goals and improve overall quality of life. Chiara strives to create a welcoming, safe, and positive environment where every patient feels comfortable, supported, and cared for. Outside of work, Chiara enjoys staying active at the gym, going for runs with her dog, and cooking big meals for family and friends.
