I have been a practising RMT since 2010. My treatments mainly focus on myofascial release, and I have been working towards incorporating more osteopathic techniques, such as cranial-sacral and visceral therapies. I have experience treating people with many different health conditions, and my intention is to facilitate them in their healing process. I also work in a preventative capacity to help my clients maintain a healthy body and reach their full potential. I am very passionate about my practice as a Registered Massage Therapist, and am committed to continuing education and expanding my knowledge and ability.
