Practicing since 2012, with specific training in fascial manipulation, visceral manipulation and women’s pelvic health, I have honed my skills to provide comprehensive care for individuals seeking relief and rehabilitation. I believe in a patient-centered approach, tailoring each session to the unique needs of my clients. Your comfort, safety, and goals are my top priorities.
Outside of the office, you’ll often find me cherishing quality time with my two wonderful boys and our family dog. I embrace the wonders of nature, and the thrill of exploration and I hope to pass on that curiosity and joy to my children. Getting outside by hiking, mountain biking, skiing.

Massage therapy appointment for new parents who will be bringing their infant to treatment. Patients will be booked for one hour, and treatment length can be shortened and price adjusted to accommodate infant temperament.
