Christine has always had a keen interest in human anatomy, physiology, and athletic performance, driven by a passion for movement and helping people feel their best. She completed her massage therapy education at the Vancouver College of Massage Therapy (VCMT), where she earned the Clinical Excellence Award for her exceptional clinical skills and dedication to patient care.

As an RMT, Christine is dedicated to enhancing movement and elevating performance for athletes and active individuals. Active living and sustainable movement form the core of her practice.
Outside the clinic, Christine stays active through strength training, cycling, hiking, snowboarding, and Muay Thai — keeping her connected to the active lifestyle her clients live and reinforcing her belief that movement is medicine. As a proud Filipino Canadian, she brings warmth, authenticity, and a strong sense of community to her practice. She is able to speak conversational Tagalog.
Christine believes that real results happen when clients are empowered to take an active role in their own recovery — both inside the clinic and on their own time. Her treatment style blends hands-on soft tissue work with therapeutic exercise and active rehabilitation, so clients receive both clinical care and functional rehab guidance — all in one session.

Hot stones massage is used to help with muscle release on affected areas. During the treatment, smooth, flat, and heated stones are used on targeted areas to help with damaged soft tissues along with improving blood circulations; therefore, it is not a full body treatment. Combined with manual massage techniques it can also help with reducing stress and anxiety.
