I specialize in myofascial release and cupping, with additional expertise in treating TMJ disorder, Frozen Shoulder, and sciatic pain.
In addition to my massage therapy practice, I bring a solid background in healthcare that includes being a birthing coach, conducting medical exams for insurance clients, and being a palliative nurse. A natural helper at heart, I am committed to finding effective, personalized solutions that support each client’s journey toward better movement, function, and overall well-being!

Do you suffer from headaches or pain related to clenching, grinding or wearing a night guard? This treatment is for you! It starts with fascial release of the upper back, chest, neck, face and head. Then, your therapist will apply non-latex gloves and release the tension within the upper and lower jaw. The treatment is intense, but very effective. This service is eligible for direct billing. Cupping may be included and can be added at no extra charge.
