Holding a bachelor's degree in nutrition from Université Laval and a master's degree in nutrition from Université de Montréal, she has several years of experience in the public healthcare system and in private practice.
Throughout her career, she has worked with a diverse clientele in various fields, including geriatrics, cardiovascular health, and digestive diseases. Following her diagnosis of inflammatory bowel disease in 2016, she developed a particular interest in digestive disorders and the role of diet in managing symptoms and improving the quality of life of those affected.
Since 2020, Christine has worked as a dietitian at Celiac Quebec, where she is dedicated to training healthcare professionals on celiac disease and supporting patients. She also sits on the organization's scientific committee and collaborates on various research projects.
