Christopher graduated with his Master of Physical Therapy degree from the University of British Columbia. Prior to this, Christopher earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology with a minor in Kinesiology from the University of the Fraser Valley. He has continued his post graduate education taking courses in manual therapy, IMS, concussion & vestibular rehab. Additionally, Christopher works in the hospital setting where he has gained valuable experience working with clients who need rehabilitation for balance, cardiovascular conditions, functional mobility/transfer training, and total joint replacements such as knee/hip/shoulder. Christopher has a passion for sports rehabilitation and continuing education opportunities in manual therapy and concussion management. His treatment approach includes an emphasis on evidence-based manual therapy techniques and client education, which he then combines with his extensive sports and active lifestyle background to allow for highly specific exercise prescription. He will take the time to find activities that you enjoy that are readily incorporated into your daily life to promote your recovery. Christopher’s philosophy he is excited to introduce to you is: “The body is designed for movement. To heal, we must move correctly and with purpose.” You can find Christopher hiking, snowboarding, and camping his way across the beautiful mountains and valleys that BC has to offer. He also loves to pursue his own passion for fitness with weightlifting, running, playing sports, and has recently taken up cycling and golf.

**Please note rates have increased to $200 as of January 1, 2026** Why wait until you have an injury? We believe prevention is better than cure. Proactive rather than reactive. The purpose of a movement assessment is to highlight movement deficiencies that may place you at risk of future injury. It can also be a useful tool for improving general physical health and performance in sport. Anyone young or old, athlete or weekend-warrior can benefit from a movement assessment. What is included? • A comprehensive history: you tell us about your injury and medical history • A movement assessment: a number of standardized movements assessing mobility, stability and motor control • With your goals in mind we then work together to come up with an individualized program Functional Movement Assessments can be claimed as “physiotherapy” under extended health plans.

A Running Gait Analysis is a one-on-one in person assessment that includes an in-depth assessment of running history, mechanics, mobility, strength, and footwear as well as a video analysis of the athlete’s running form on the treadmill.
