About Cia

Registered Psychologist Specializes in anxiety, sports performance, school and learning issues. I work with children, adolescents and their parents. I have worked as a Clinical Child and Adolescent Psychologist for over 20 years helping children and adolescents with a variety of mental health concerns including anxiety, confidence, self-esteem, school and learning difficulties, situational crisis and sports performance. I have worked with athletes in a variety of sports including figures skating, soccer, gymnastics and hockey. My approach begins with a comprehensive assessment followed by a collaborative treatment plan to suit your unique needs and goals. I employ a cognitive-developmental therapeutic approach including CBT and solution focused therapy.
