Cindy Li

Cindy focuses on self-development, parenting and couple relationships. She helps her clients to improve self-awareness, identify patterns in their relationships and develop growth both in themselves and their relationships. Cindy is dedicated to integrating multiple therapeutic approaches and customizing them according to different cases. Her preferred approaches include family system approaches, CBT, DBT, experiential approaches such as EFT, Play Therapy and Art Therapy etc.

Cindy is fluent in English and Mandarin.

李水竹（Cindy）是安省注册心理治疗师（qualifying）。她毕业于天道大学临床心理咨询专业（硕士）。她在过去五年间致力于人们的个人成长。她相信心理咨询旨在每个人心理更健康，而不是只为有心理困扰或心理疾病的人群准备的。她认为每个人都应该寻求心理咨询，因为每个人都有成长的空间，都可以成为更好的自己。

Cindy专注于个人的成长、亲子关系以及夫妻关系的改善。她帮助她的来访者提高自我认识，发现个人关系中的行为模式，并在个人和人际关系都有所成长。Cindy致力于结合多种心理疗法，根据来访者需要量身运用，包括：家庭系统，认知行为疗法，辩证行为疗法，情绪取向疗法，游戏疗法以及艺术疗法等等。

Cindy精通普通话和英语。
