Cindy Manohararaj is a Registered Psychotherapist with a focus on treating adolescents and adults. She is licensed by the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO) and is also a member of the Ontario Association of Mental Health Professionals (OAMHP). She holds a Master of Divinity Counselling degree from Tyndale University.
Cindy brings extensive experience in addressing a wide range of issues, including Posttraumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), sleep disturbances, anxiety, depression, adult Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), relational difficulties, self-esteem challenges, boundary issues, and pain management. She also provides support for clients who have experienced Motor Vehicle Accidents (MVA) and works with injured workers and first responders with Workplace Safety & Insurance Board (WSIB) claims, addressing concerns such as driving anxiety, trauma, and grief.

Her diverse background includes serving as a volunteer counsellor at the Salvation Army Family and Community Services in Oshawa and as a volunteer and trainer at The Distress Centre Suicide Helpline. Cindy is proficient in various therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Prolonged Exposure (PE), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), and Family Systems.
