October 2026 - Glimmer Kids is designed to be a fun, and supportive 4-week arts group where kids (between 7-12 years old) learn about anxiety, build coping skills, and express themselves through creativity. Each session blends art-making, and practical skill-building to help kids feel more in control of their thoughts, feelings, and actions. Through guided art activities, kids will begin to notice their own “glimmers”—those small moments of bravery, calm, and growth that often go unseen, and be more confident in navigating feelings of anxiousness. Session dates: Fridays, October 2, 9, 23 and 30, 2026. (No session on Oct. 16) Session times: 1:30-3:30pm (in-person) Total fee is $200 for 4 sessions. Session fee of $50 will be charged at the end of each session - Must sign up for all 4 sessions. Please note that the late pick up fee policy is $1/minute after 10 minutes grace period. Group session fee may qualify for insurance benefit or wellness spending account claims, please confirm with your insurance provider prior to booking.
September 2026 Glimmers Teen Self-Esteem Arts Group (Ages 12-17) A 4-week, small-group program for teens focused on connection, creativity, and resilience. Grounded in strengths-based practices, this group supports youth to improve self esteem, navigate challenges, and build community. Each session emphasizes process-over-product art-making, with weekly themes that encourage self-expression, reflection, and mutual support. Participants will engage in creative activities, share experiences, and develop tools for well-being in a respectful, supportive space. Fee of $200 is for all 4 sessions ($50 is charged after each session with an emailed receipt). Group session fee may be covered by insurance benefits or Health and Wellness spending accounts, please check with your providers before booking. Session dates: Saturdays, Sep. 5, 12, 19, and 26, 2026 (in-person) STAIRS REQUIRED. Session times: 1:30 to 3:00pm Please note there is no waiting area for parents/guardians in the studio, however, there are restaurants, shops, public library, etc. nearby if you're interested in visiting while you wait for your teen. Alternatively, parents/guardians can provide written permission for teens (14 yo and up) to leave the studio on their own at the end of session.
