AjouterClara is a therapist and a social worker with over 14 years of experience. She is very gentle, respectful, and patient. She is insightful and skilled. She helps clients feel safe to explore their stories, and tailors her approach to their unique needs. She is non-judgmental and queer-friendly. She practices with adults and young adults, providing one-to-one counselling and therapy.
She is passionate about her work, and aims to have her clients leave therapy with a better understanding of themselves, a lighter emotional load, and tools for life.
She applies a variety of therapeutic approaches in her practice, and is trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) Therapy, CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy), and DBT (Dialetical Behavioural Therapy).
