This is a free intro class for our Adapted Yoga for Kids and Teens series, running on Thursdays beginning March 5th. A 45 minute inclusive small group class, giving kids the opportunity to engage within a group that supports and builds on current abilities. Finding fun ways to move the body through a yoga inspired approach. Learning the importance of breathwork and how to safely take the body through gentle head to toe activity.
45 minute inclusive small group class, giving kids the opportunity to engage within a group that supports and builds on current abilities. This class is appropriate for 9 - 14 year olds of all abilities.
