This 15 minute consult allows you to talk our Acupuncturist, ask questions, and talk about how Acupuncture treatments might benefit your health and wellbeing. They Acupuncturist will call you at your appointment time.

This treatment involves the use of Traditional Chinese fire cupping to help release fascial tension and resolve pain. Acupressure, Acupuncture and Tui Na can also be used in combination with cupping during this treatment dependant on the specific area of concern.

This appointment incorporates all of the components of an Acupuncture treatment without the use of needles. (Formerly called "Needle-less") Acupressure and other body work modalities under the scope of Acupuncture, such as Cupping, Tuina (Chinese Massage), Gua sha, and Ear Seeds are used to balance the body and mind.

This appointment is best suited for Subsequent Acupuncture treatments. Please book a 60 minute appointment if this is your first visit to Lakeside for Acupuncture.

This appointment is ideal for those seeking an initial Acupuncture Treatment or a subsequent appointment. You can expect a 60 minute treatment of Acupuncture often in combination with Cupping, Tuina (Chinese massage), Guasha, Acupressure or ear seeds.

**NEW** 75 minute appointments are available on Saturdays only. For returning patients who require extra time to fully soak of the benefits of their session. These treatments are for those who wish to have a little more time relaxing with needles in or for those whom a longer session has been suggested. *Please note this session will include needles.

In this treatment you will have an initial intake, discuss skin care needs, receive a facial needling treatment and finish with facial cupping and gua sha facial massage. Points will also be used around the body to contribute to supporting the whole person and any underlying areas of concern.

After an Initial facial Acupuncture treatment this is a great follow up treatment to complement your self care practices. The focus of this treatment is a continuation from the initial treatment or a "radiance refresh" to help you look and feel your best. Points are chosen on the body to support and provide grounding and balance to the nervous system followed by facial needling and finished with cupping and gua sha facial massage.
