I specialize in working with children, youth, adults, and families navigating ADHD, burnout, life transitions, and the emotional shifts that come with pregnancy, birth, and early parenthood. I have a specialized focus on perinatal and postnatal mental health, supporting individuals and families through overwhelm, identity changes, and the complexities of early parenting.
If you’re feeling stretched thin or carrying more than you can hold, you’re not alone. Therapy with me offers a calm, supportive space to slow down, make sense of what you’re experiencing, and feel understood without judgment.
My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to you. I integrate client-centered, trauma-informed, and cognitive therapies with mindfulness, play-based work, and somatic (body-based) strategies. I also take a neurodiversity-affirming approach, supporting emotional regulation in ways that feel practical and sustainable.
I work with concerns such as anxiety, depression, overwhelm, perfectionism, and family dynamics. When working with children, I use play therapy and support parents in feeling more confident and connected.
I offer a free 15-minute consultation to ensure we’re the right fit.
