When I struggled to find care that truly addressed the root cause of dysfunction, I realized I needed to take a more active role in understanding my own health. That journey ultimately led me to osteopathy — a discipline that views the body as an integrated system where structure and function are deeply connected. A background in movement and exercise,my passion for physical activity and holistic principles all pointed to osteopathic manual therapy. My goal is to help people regain function, reduce pain, and return to the activities that matter most in their daily lives.
