Corrine facilitates a process of self-exploration, insight, and change, in order to improve quality of life, and overcome life's difficulties. Her approach is one of mindful curiosity and compassion, and a desire to provide a safe, non-judgmental environment, in order to feel free to explore difficult situations and emotions.
Since 2003, Corrine has worked with various individuals experiencing painful traumatic lives, including depression, anxiety, grief, anger, shame and guilt. She helps individuals with drug & alcohol addictions, stress, life transitions, career & workplace burnout, and personal growth & development.
She draws from many psychotherapeutic modalities including CBT, Positive Psychology, Mindfulness, Emotion-Focused Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing.
Education: Corrine is a Registered Psychotherapist in good standing with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO) and is a member of the Ontario Association of Mental Health Professionals (OAMHP). She is a candidate in the M.Ed. (Counselling Psychology) Program.
