Courtney Olde is a mom to teen and one fur baby. She is an active yogi, 500 hour yoga instructor in Yin and Hatha, and dragon boat paddler/ caller. When Courtney isn’t working you can find her reading, or on or near the water. After completion of her RMT program, Courtney focused her practice on deep tissue massage with further education in A. A Systemic Deep Tissue courses. Courtney’s treatments include the primary use of her elbows and knuckles, addressing any body misalignments and helping to restore the individual’s body to a natural state. Courtney works with all ages.
