Our Physiotherapy Initial Assessment includes a review of your health history, symptoms, movement and special testing to establish a diagnosis and set treatment goals. Please wear comfortable clothing to your appointment that allows us to access the area to be treated (ie. tank top for shoulder injuries, shorts for knee injuries). Please bring any relevant imaging, diagnostic, or medical reports to your appointment if you have them although not necessary if you do not. We look forward to seeing you!”Physiotherapy Treatment
