Your therapist will take you on a custom scent journey, beginning each visit with a brief intake to explore your preferences—whether you’re drawn to specific aromas or hoping to feel uplifted, grounded, or deeply relaxed. Carefully selected essential oils are then incorporated into your treatment to enhance both the physical and mental benefits of massage. Scent has a direct pathway to the brain’s limbic system, which governs emotions, memory, and the stress response. This neurological connection allows aromatherapy to quickly influence mood, calm the nervous system, and deepen relaxation, creating a more immersive and restorative experience. Your premium reflexology experience starts with selecting the scents which will support you the most on the day, with the carrier oil best suited to your skin's needs. Included in the appointment is a scalp massage and ear reflexology, ending with a luxurious foot reflexology treatment. Reflexology is the non-invasive practice of acu-pressure point stimulation on the ears and feet. The expected outcome is deep, full body relaxation.

A massage workshop for couples/pairs to learn basic massage therapy techniques to use at home. Will begin with some basic theory of anatomy and ergonomics of massage, and end with practical application by teaching a massage flow while sitting up, and laying down. All pairs will leave the class with some massage lotion, an information sheet and lifetime knowledge of reconnecting through touch. Please note: The price below is the cost per person. Each participant must create their own profile so that forms can remain separate and confidential. As well, all participants must bring a partner to practice on. The partner does not have to be romantic in nature, the purpose of this class is to make massage therapy more accessible.
